In cooperation with Kessler Medical Rehabilitation Research and Education Corporation, (KMRREC), we are, for example, gaining a greater understanding of how the brain works following injury or as the result of a degenerative disease, how muscles groups function after stroke or how the body responds following a spinal cord injury. As a result, new approaches to rehabilitation, including the use of virtual reality, are providing exciting treatment options.

It is this forward-thinking approach to rehabilitation that continues to identify Kessler as a leader in this field.
