Patient Satisfaction

Quality is central to the mission of Kessler Institute, and is the driving force in everything we do.

Patient outcomes serve as one important set of measures regarding the quality of our care and services. Similarly, the satisfaction of our patients is a key indicator of how well we meet their rehabilitation needs and expectations. Other quality measures that we monitor closely include:

  • Patient Focus Group Feedback
  • Fall Reduction Initiatives
  • Medication Monitoring
  • Infection Rates

Although each of these is important, the overall satisfaction of our patients and their willingness to recommend Kessler to friends or relatives are two of the most significant measures of the quality of our programs and services.
