Bonnie Evans serves as chief executive officer of Kessler Institute’s West Orange campus. She is responsible for the day-to–day management of this 152-bed hospital with oversight of all administrative operations, including the delivery of safe, quality patient care, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, facility management, financial performance and overall governance.

Since joining Kessler as a staff physical therapist in 1974, Bonnie has held positions of increasing clinical and administrative responsibilities, becoming the director of physical therapy in 1982, vice president administration in 1986 and senior vice president in 2001. She had served as CEO since 2009.

A graduate of Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, Bonnie earned a master’s in health administration from Seton Hall University where she serves on the Leadership Council’s alumni board of directors.
