Ken Caldera, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP

Vice President, Human Relations

Ken Caldera is the vice president of Human Resources (HR) for Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation’s four hospital campuses and Kessler Rehabilitation Center’s 100 outpatient clinics. In this role, he oversees all HR functions -- employee relations, including policies, safety and staff engagement; talent management; and recruitment/retention, administrative and regulatory activities.

Ken, who previously served as the director of HR, began his Kessler career in 1998 and has continued to assume greater responsibilities over the past 20-plus years.

Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration with specialization in human resources management and organizational behavior from Pace University. He also earned advanced certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
