Arline Edmond, M.D.

Dr. Edmond specializes in brain injury medicine and neurologic rehabilitation.

Arline EdmondDr. Arline Edmond is a staff physiatrist at Kessler Institute’s West Orange campus. Board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, she focuses on the complex rehabilitation needs of persons with brain injury and other neurologic conditions.

Dr. Edmond’s research interests include: brain injury; stroke; pain and spasticity management and injury-related behavioral issues. She has published several journal articles and presented at national conferences. Dr. Edmond is also a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Association of Academic Physiatrists and holds a faculty appointment at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School - Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

She earned a bachelor of arts in psychology from Queens College - City University of New York and medical degree from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in New York. After completing a brain injury fellowship at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, she joined the hospital’s medical staff in 2022.
