Advocacy

As a recognized and respected leader in our field, Kessler Institute firmly believes we have a medical and social responsibility to make rehabilitation care and services accessible to all individuals who need them in the most cost-effective way.

We advocate for our patients and field across many platforms. We are at the forefront of this effort, through our work with national organizations like the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA), other professional organizations and associations, voluntary health organizations and civic and community groups.

We provide education and insight to public policy makers, health care insurers and the general public on the appropriate and prudent use of medical rehabilitation services.

In addition, members of our leadership teams regularly serve as expert advisors and consultants to local, state and federal agencies and are often approached by the media for expert commentary on rehabilitation-related issues.
