Chief Executive Officer - Chester

Caitlin Denzer-Weiler, P.T., DPT, MHA

Caitlin Denzer-Weiler currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation - Chester. Caitlin oversees the 72-bed hospital’s daily clinical and administrative operations including the delivery of safe, quality patient care, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, facility management, financial performance and overall governance.

Previously, Caitlin held roles of growing responsibility at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation - Chester including director of rehabilitation, rehabilitation therapy manager and clinical specialist physical therapist.

Caitlin is a member of several professional organizations, including American College of Healthcare Executives, American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association, New Jersey Hospital Association and American Physical Therapy Association.

Caitlin is a licensed physical therapist with a doctoral degree in physical therapy from Springfield College. She also holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University.
